To that end, our facility is complete with a state-of-the art test and development center. Borla have pioneered a variety of improvements in the design of performance exhaust systems and currently holds three US patents for innovative exhaust system technology. Every BORLA header and cat-back™ system employs mandrel-bent tubing, all-welded construction, and is designed for accurate fit and easy installation. Warp-free 3/8"-1/2" thick flanges and special merge collector technology provide the ultimate in power and endurance.

The performance advantages of a BORLA are widely recognized. The top engine builders rely on BORLA exhaust for maximum performance. In fact, BORLA is at the forefront of the movement toward responsible racing with our full line of patented, award and race-winning racing mufflers that not only maintain a race engine’s power, but in some instances actually add power. This technology is incorporated into BORLA exhaust for the street, providing 7-10% increased horsepower and torque.

Millions of exhaust systems are replaced every year due to corrosion and poor performance. Automotive exhaust gases are a mix of carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, unburned hydrocarbons and moisture. These gases condense and attack the system internally. Elements such as corrosive salts, moisture and mud contribute to exterior deterioration. These elements combined with equipment vibration, high temperatures, emission control requirements, uneven road surfaces, and varying traffic patterns make it easy to understand the need and demand for a long-lasting exhaust system. BORLA systems are built to withstand these destructive conditions.

BORLA exhaust is built of aircraft-quality T-304 stainless steel inside and out. T-304 stainless steel has the highest chromium content, making it the most resistant to corrosion and therefore the most desirable material for a long-lasting exhaust system. Note: Only the flanges are not stainless.

Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by RX8Customs.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:

1. All returns or exchanges must follow the proper steps in order to receive credit for return items. Failure to follow instructions could result in a higher restocking fee as noted below.

2. Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your RX8Customs.com Accepted return will be assessed up to a 30% restocking charge, except that RX8Customs.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge.

3. Merchandise classified by RX8Customs.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.

4. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.

5. Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.

6. Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by RX8Customs.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.

7. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 30 calendar days after the ship date indicated by RX8Customs.com.

8. Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.

9. Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.

Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments

All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. RX8Customs.com ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. RX8Customs.com shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargeback's, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.

Shortages

In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder.

Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and Nismoz immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.

Returning & Cancellations of Body Kits

Upon receiving your body kit please follow the following guidelines

1. Inspect the shipping box and merchandise for any cracks, shortages or damages. The box leaves our facility fully inspected and in perfect condition.

2. If you notice any damages to the shipping box or shortage of items (refer to invoice) please contact the shipping company immediately.

Any damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. All body kits shipping by RX8Customs.com are insured for their full value. RX8Customs.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However as a courtesy of a seller, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.

There are absolutely no refunds or cancellation allowed under any circumstances without the approval of RX8Customs.com. You must request a return by calling or emailing RX8Customs.com. If a return was approved, returned products are subject to 35% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all return shipping and handling fees on any and all returns to RX8Customs.com. When returning the product you must reference the RA number. Please verify the return address as not all products will be returned to the original shipping address. All products that are approved for return are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer's carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by RX8Customs.com to the buyer. There is no return, refund or store credit on any parts that have been altered, modified, fabricated, worked on or drilled.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, be sure to call RX8Customs.com right away. If your credit card has already been charged there will be a 10% order processing fee assessed. If your item has already been shipped then you must follow the return policy stated above after receiving the product.
